I have always been attracted to these majestic birds, Brolga. I have taken many photos of them in the past. When I look at these photos, I always find new inspiration, thinking about how they walk, dance, eat, and take flight.
This is where I feel a deep connection with my ancestors, language, and land. I express this vision in my monoprint work, safeguarding it from loss and conveying my feelings of knowledge to future generations.
