In this artwork,
I represent the celebration of 32 years of marriage.
We are still dancing together through life.
Brolgas are majestic and life partners.
It has been a blessing to witness them dancing in the country of my ancestors.
They are my connection to my great-grandmother Maude,
using milestones in my life to celebrate my Aboriginal culture and heritage.
Exhibited in 'You & Me' exhibition @ UMI Arts Gallery, March 2025 - April 2025.
