Sacred Lily Pods is inspired by glistening waters on our billabongs. The lotus lily's stalks are a staple food, and blooms are beautifully designed with their everlasting pods that recreate their life, with the seeds that rejuvenate their own genetic footprint within the billabongs, which have a great eco system that creates habit for aquatic animals, plants, and trees, and attracts other wildlife. The Coolaman shape is indicative of our traditional design, but I have recreated it as a contemporary artwork in the form of an artefact.
