To effectively use the Gaalga (spear) and Milbirr (woomera) for fishing, one must possess skill and accuracy. In my language, Guugu Yimithirr, a skilled hunter is called the Mala Minha. When fishing, if the fish are aligned in a straight line, it indicates the need for precise aim. The centre of this alignment resembles the bullseye on a dartboard, emphasising the importance of a good shot.
