Refunds and Returns Policy

Refund Policy

Refunds apply when a customer is seeking their payment returned for an eligible purchase. UMI Arts may provide a refund for eligible purchases returned within 30 days of purchase, once the item has been received and inspected. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and documentation. Customers must email UMI Arts with the product description and reason for the refund request before sending the item back and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return Policy

Returns apply when a customer is sending an eligible item back to UMI Arts for an exchange or refund. UMI Arts may accept returns for eligible purchases within 30 days of purchase, once the item has been received and inspected. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and documentation. Customers must email UMI Arts with the product description and reason for the return or exchange before sending the item back and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Approved returns may be exchanged for an equivalent product where available or refunded in line with the Refund Policy.
