During the reef spawning, the water is distinguished by brown dirty water to the natural looking sea water. My grandfather told me that this is not a good time to be swimming in the ocean as the Yuumu can blind you if it got into your eyes. The orange represents the Yuumu, and the fishes are represented by a swirling motion to give the effect to make your eyes funny.
